Exhaust-Systems for Kart Sport

Clean and silent, these are the excellent features of the HJS Cat-silencer systems for Karts. Since the beginning of the indoor Kart boom at the end of the nineties the demand for exhaust-gas cleaning systems for small Honda industry engines up to 270 cc has increased.

Due to an extensive development project HJS has achieved in very short time to realize a Cat-system for the very fett abgestimmte engines as well as a pollutant reduction up to 80%. Through systematic development the complex Cat silencer systems have been adjusted to the state of technology.

The complete exhaust systems are made of high-grade steel and are fitted with metal carrier-catalytic converters which are especially designed for motor sport. TÜV approvals concerning the exhaust-gas performance and the noise level are available. For the use in Prädikatsrennen, directed by the Deutschen Motorsport Bund (DMSB), the necessary homologation has already been given.
